How To Run The Desktop Cleaner,

First right click anywhere on you desktop, making sure your mouse is not over an icon, then click "Arrange Icons By"

Then click "Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard", at the bottom of the list,

Now click "Next" and you will move onto the next screen,

Select the icons that you would like to be put in a folder on you desktop called "Unused Desktop Shortcuts" by making sure the icon you want put in the folder

has a tick next to it, these icons in the folder can be restored back to the desktop at a later date,
